Strategic Overview
This role seeks a senior fintech executive to lead large-scale digital finance modernization initiatives, transforming legacy banking and payment systems into cloud-native, AI-enabled, real-time financial platforms.
The Executive Director will oversee end-to-end digital finance infrastructure, including core banking modernization, real-time payment networks, lending engines, and financial analytics pipelines. The incumbent will lead globally distributed teams of fintech architects, cloud engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity specialists.
Core Responsibilities
Digital Banking Architecture & Platform Transformation

Redesign legacy banking systems to cloud-native, microservices-based platforms

Implement modular solutions for real-time payments, lending, and digital financial services

Establish scalable infrastructures for high-volume financial operations
Financial Intelligence & Predictive Analytics

Integrate AI/ML pipelines for risk modeling, fraud detection, and predictive financial insights

Build executive dashboards providing real-time operational intelligence

Enable predictive and automated financial decision-making
Operational Resilience & Security

Design end-to-end secure infrastructures with multi-layered encryption

Develop automated monitoring, recovery, and disaster recovery protocols

Ensure compliance with GCC banking regulations, cybersecurity standards, and operational resilience frameworks
Technology Stack

Candidate Profile

15–20 years in digital banking technology, fintech architecture, or enterprise financial systems

Strong knowledge of GCC regulatory frameworks
