Key Strategic Responsibilities

  • Define the end-to-end architecture of digital wealth management and investment platforms.

  • Lead the integration of portfolio management systems, market data feeds, and analytics engines.

  • Design scalable digital client journeys encompassing onboarding, advisory, and ongoing portfolio engagement.

  • Establish governance frameworks for automated investment tools and digital advisory solutions.

  • Drive long-term product strategy aligned with evolving investor expectations and market structures.

  • Act as a thought leader on wealthtech innovation, personalization, and digital asset integration.

Professional Profile

  • 14–20+ years in wealth management, fintech product leadership, or investment technology.

  • Strong understanding of portfolio systems, trading infrastructure, and investment data architectures.

  • Proven ability to translate complex financial constructs into intuitive digital platforms.

  • Executive-level strategic communication and stakeholder leadership skills.

Compensation Structure (Indicative, Internationally Benchmarked)

  • Base Salary: USD 175,000 – 230,000 per annum.

  • Annual Variable Compensation: 25%–40% of base salary.

  • Long-Term Incentive Pool: Product-success-linked rewards up to USD 80,000 annually.
