This role is designed for a senior fintech executive who understands that modern wealth management has evolved beyond traditional advisory models into highly personalized, data-driven, digitally intelligent ecosystems powered by automation, predictive analytics, alternative investments, and frictionless client experiences.

The successful leader will oversee the architecture and commercialization of digital wealth platforms covering investment products, robo-advisory ecosystems, high-net-worth portfolio services, treasury-linked investment channels, digital asset operations, client onboarding journeys, and advanced investment intelligence systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategy for digital wealth management platforms, investment ecosystems, and portfolio technology modernization

• Design scalable investment frameworks across discretionary portfolios, managed accounts, digital advisory platforms, and automated wealth services

• Oversee product development involving investment onboarding, portfolio construction tools, client risk profiling, and intelligent recommendation engines

• Collaborate with treasury, private banking, compliance, product, operations, and technology teams to improve wealth delivery infrastructure

• Drive platform growth across affluent banking, private clients, institutional investment channels, and cross-border portfolio services

• Strengthen investment governance, portfolio reporting systems, customer retention strategies, and wealth platform profitability

• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, investor protection frameworks, and institutional governance requirements

• Lead digital transformation initiatives involving client experience optimization, data intelligence, and investment servicing automation

• Develop executive dashboards for AUM growth, portfolio performance, operational efficiency, and strategic financial planning

• Identify new market opportunities across alternative investments, digital advisory ecosystems, and next-generation investment solutions

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Wealth Management, Fintech, or Investment Strategy

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience across wealth management, fintech platforms, private banking, or investment operations

• Strong expertise in investment products, digital advisory systems, portfolio services, and financial platform modernization

• Deep understanding of private wealth markets, institutional investment structures, and financial product strategy

• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities

• Proven leadership across high-value client ecosystems and enterprise financial operations
