Role Overview
Wealth management is transitioning from relationship-driven advisory to algorithmically powered, hyper-personalized digital ecosystems. This role is for an executive leader who can design and scale digital wealth infrastructure, integrating robo-advisory, portfolio management, and client engagement into a seamless platform.
You will architect systems that democratize access to sophisticated investment strategies—delivering institutional-grade portfolio intelligence to mass and affluent segments alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital wealth platform strategy, including robo-advisory and hybrid advisory models
- Design portfolio construction engines, asset allocation models, and automated rebalancing systems
- Integrate platforms with market data providers, custodians, and trading systems
- Build client-facing tools for investment insights, performance tracking, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with investment regulations and fiduciary standards
- Optimize platform performance using metrics such as AUM growth, client engagement, and portfolio returns
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning technology, investment, and operations
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 12+ years in wealth management, asset management, or fintech
- Strong understanding of portfolio theory, asset allocation, and investment strategies
- Experience building or managing digital investment platforms
- Proven leadership in strategic and operational roles
Preferred Expertise
- Experience with AI-driven investment advisory systems
- Knowledge of ETF-based portfolio construction
- Familiarity with client segmentation and personalization strategies
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
