Role Overview
A rapidly expanding fintech enterprise is seeking an experienced Executive Director – Digital Treasury Transformation & Capital Optimization to modernize treasury operations through intelligent automation, predictive financial analytics, and enterprise liquidity management.
The successful candidate will oversee the digital transformation of treasury functions, optimize financial performance, improve working capital strategies, and implement advanced financial technologies that enhance operational efficiency across regional and international operations.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury Strategy
- Lead enterprise treasury modernization programmes.
- Develop liquidity optimization strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of treasury, corporate finance, fintech, or financial services leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
