An expanding fintech institution is seeking an Executive Director – Digital Payments Transformation & Merchant Acquiring Strategy to lead the design and execution of next-generation merchant payment ecosystems.
This executive-level position will oversee payment innovation, merchant growth initiatives, transaction infrastructure modernization, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion programs.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of merchant financial services while building scalable payment capabilities capable of supporting businesses ranging from startups to large enterprise organizations.

Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of payments, acquiring, fintech, or banking experience.

- Extensive understanding of payment infrastructure.
