This strategic leadership opportunity is designed for professionals capable of orchestrating complex digital payment infrastructures, driving enterprise innovation, and influencing the future of financial services through cutting-edge technology.
You will oversee enterprise-wide modernization initiatives while collaborating with regulators, financial institutions, technology partners, and executive stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent payment solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop long-term digital payment transformation strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Lead enterprise modernization of payment platforms including real-time payments, digital wallets, merchant acquiring, and cross-border settlements.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams across engineering, cybersecurity, product development, compliance, and operations.
- Establish governance frameworks that strengthen operational resilience and regulatory alignment.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered fraud prevention, transaction intelligence, and payment optimization technologies.
- Build strategic partnerships with banks, fintech innovators, payment processors, and government agencies.
- Manage multimillion-dollar digital transformation portfolios.
- Present executive recommendations to board members and senior stakeholders.
- Champion innovation while ensuring scalability, security, and customer-centric service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years of leadership experience within fintech, banking, or payment technology.
- Extensive knowledge of digital payment ecosystems and financial technology architecture.
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
