Role Overview
The Executive Director will architect a national-grade financial identity trust fabric enabling secure, consent-driven credential exchange across banking clusters, fintech wallets, and institutional risk layers in Saudi Arabia’s digital ecosystem. This mandate requires advanced cryptographic governance, federated identity orchestration, consent tokenization, and privacy-preserving compute techniques.
Core Responsibilities

Design a fully federated financial identity topology enabling unified KYC portability across credential issuers without violating data locality mandates.

Implement consent abstraction tokens using attribute-based cryptographic enforcement and revocable entitlements.

Deploy privacy-preserving compute pipelines (e.g., homomorphic encryption, secure enclaves) to analyze risk attributes without disclosing raw identity data.

Establish issuer attestation tiers incorporating cryptographic evidence, risk weight scoring, and revocation authority semantics.

Integrate anomaly-aware identity heuristics detecting identity collision vectors, synthetic persona assembly, and risk amplification.

Conduct continuous identity trust grading using historical credential reliability, breach exposure scoring, and behavioral deltas.
Technical Requirements

Track record implementing digital identity federation systems within regulated industries.
