An internationally expanding fintech organization is seeking an accomplished Executive Director – Digital Identity & Financial Trust to lead the enterprise strategy for secure digital identity, customer trust frameworks, and intelligent authentication services across rapidly growing financial ecosystems.
This executive opportunity places you at the forefront of financial innovation, where digital identity, enterprise security, and customer confidence converge to enable seamless financial experiences for institutions and businesses throughout the GCC.
As a member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee enterprise trust architecture, strategic technology partnerships, digital identity governance, and large-scale modernization initiatives that strengthen the organization’s competitive advantage across regional and international markets.

Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in fintech, enterprise technology, banking, or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale innovation.
- Outstanding strategic leadership and governance capabilities.
