This position calls for a senior fintech strategist to lead the design, execution, and scaling of advanced digital finance solutions that enhance customer experience, regulatory compliance, and cross-border competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee large-scale digital banking transformation strategies.

• Implement open banking frameworks and API-driven ecosystems across retail and SME segments.

• Integrate advanced technologies including blockchain, AI, and cloud-native platforms.

• Translate SAMA regulations into agile, compliant product architectures.

• Build and manage partnerships with fintech startups, global technology vendors, and financial institutions.

• Strengthen frameworks for RegTech, digital identity, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Strategy, or Computer Science.

• 12–15 years of experience in fintech or banking transformation, with executive leadership exposure.

• Demonstrated expertise in open finance, digital payment rails, and core banking modernization.

• Proven track record in launching innovative products within regulated markets.

• GCC market knowledge and international project experience strongly preferred.
