Redefine the Architecture of Modern Finance
An internationally expanding financial technology institution is seeking a visionary Executive Director – Digital Assets & Financial Ecosystems to lead the strategic evolution of enterprise financial platforms that connect digital banking, payment infrastructures, institutional finance, and next-generation financial technologies.

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 12+ years of executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, financial services, or digital commerce.
- Proven expertise in enterprise transformation and strategic growth.
- Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
