Role Overview
The Executive Director will lead the strategic development of blockchain infrastructure and digital asset ecosystems in the UAE. This role requires deep expertise in tokenization, distributed ledger technology, and regulatory harmonization, with a mandate to establish frameworks that enable sustainable growth in digital finance.
Key Responsibilities

Architect blockchain-based market infrastructures for asset tokenization, custody, and trading.

Drive compliance strategies aligned with UAE Central Bank frameworks and global standards (FATF, BIS).

Develop resilient security and risk management protocols for digital asset operations.

Forge partnerships with international fintech consortia, regulators, and capital markets.

Anticipate and advise on technological disruptions such as CBDCs, stablecoins, and programmable finance.
Candidate Profile

12–15 years in fintech, blockchain systems, or market infrastructure leadership.

Advanced academic credentials in Finance, Law, or Engineering.

Strong familiarity with UAE’s fintech environment and global blockchain standards.

Proven leadership in building large-scale digital asset solutions.
