Role Mandate

This executive-level role is tailored for a fintech leader specializing in digital asset platforms, tokenized financial instruments, and advanced ledger governance models. The position is not operationally narrow; it is architecturally and strategically expansive, requiring stewardship over how digital assets are designed, issued, governed, and integrated into broader financial ecosystems.

The Executive Director will define governance architectures, control models, and platform strategies for tokenized assets, ensuring systemic integrity, regulatory coherence, and long-term scalability.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Define architectural blueprints for tokenized financial instruments, digital asset custody models, and ledger-based settlement systems.

• Establish governance frameworks for permissioned and hybrid distributed ledger environments.

• Design lifecycle controls for digital assets, including issuance, transfer, redemption, and retirement.

• Develop institutional-grade risk, compliance, and auditability frameworks for ledger-based systems.

• Guide strategic decisions around interoperability between traditional financial infrastructure and distributed systems.

Technical & Strategic Expertise
