Role Overview
Capital markets are undergoing a structural transformation through tokenization of securities and digital asset infrastructure. This role is for an executive leader who can design and scale next-generation market infrastructure enabling issuance, trading, and settlement of tokenized financial instruments.
You will lead the development of platforms that merge traditional capital markets with blockchain-enabled financial systems, unlocking new liquidity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital asset infrastructure strategy, including tokenized securities platforms
- Design systems for issuance, trading, clearing, and settlement of digital assets
- Integrate with exchanges, custodians, and financial institutions
- Establish frameworks for asset lifecycle management and governance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and digital asset standards
- Optimize platform performance through metrics such as trading volume, liquidity, and settlement efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and market strategy
Technical Environment
- Blockchain: Ethereum, permissioned ledgers
- Programming: Solidity, Python
- Infrastructure: Distributed systems, cloud platforms
- Integration: APIs connecting traditional and digital financial systems
- Security: Cryptographic protocols and custody solutions
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science
- 12+ years in capital markets, fintech, or digital assets
- Strong understanding of market infrastructure and securities trading
- Experience with tokenization and blockchain-based systems
- Proven leadership in large-scale strategic initiatives
Preferred Expertise
- Experience with digital exchanges or trading platforms
- Knowledge of custody and asset servicing models
- Familiarity with cross-border securities regulations
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
