To lead this transformation, the organization is seeking an Executive Director – Digital Asset Infrastructure, Tokenized Finance & Custody Systems Engineering.
This role is responsible for designing and governing the systems that ensure digital assets are secure, compliant, and seamlessly integrated into broader financial ecosystems.
Core Responsibilities
Digital Asset Infrastructure Architecture
- Design scalable infrastructure for digital asset management.
- Build systems supporting token issuance and lifecycle management.
- Enable secure storage and transfer of digital assets.
- Integrate digital asset systems with financial platforms.
Custody Systems & Security
- Develop institutional-grade custody solutions.
- Implement advanced key management and encryption systems.
- Ensure protection against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Maintain high standards of security and reliability.
Tokenized Finance Platforms
- Enable tokenization of financial instruments.
- Design frameworks for programmable financial assets.
- Support integration with trading and settlement systems.
- Ensure scalability and interoperability of tokenized platforms.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with digital asset regulations.
- Maintain transparency and auditability of systems.
- Implement risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with regulators and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in fintech or digital asset systems.
- Strong expertise in blockchain and distributed systems.
- Experience in security and custody infrastructure.
- Proven leadership in complex technical environments.
