Remote Executive Director – Chemical Plant Financial Systems, Process Economics & Industrial Settlement Architecture (Saudi Arabia)
Strategic Mandate
This executive-level remote role is established to architect and govern next-generation financial and economic systems underpinning large-scale chemical manufacturing complexes. The mandate spans process-level cost intelligence, real-time production settlement, feedstock procurement finance, energy cost optimization, and multi-plant financial orchestration, aligned with Saudi Arabia’s industrial expansion and downstream value-chain development.
The role operates at the convergence of chemical process engineering economics, industrial digitalization, and advanced fintech infrastructure, requiring both systemic financial vision and deep operational literacy.
Core Responsibilities

Design end-to-end digital financial architectures linking plant operations, process data, and enterprise financial systems.

Architect real-time settlement and reconciliation frameworks for feedstock sourcing, utilities consumption, by-product monetization, and inter-plant transfers.

Develop granular cost-to-yield models integrating process parameters, throughput variability, and energy intensity.

Define interoperable financial data standards across production units, suppliers, logistics partners, and downstream distributors.

Embed automated risk controls for price volatility, supply disruption, and operational anomalies.

Establish high-availability, cyber-resilient financial systems suitable for mission-critical industrial environments.
