Role Overview
The Executive Director will spearhead Saudi Arabia’s advancement in blockchain-based ecosystems and digital asset market infrastructures. This role requires an ability to align innovation with financial stability, enabling scalable solutions that integrate with both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities

Define and implement blockchain strategies for tokenization, custody, and cross-border digital asset trading.

Develop compliance frameworks aligned with Saudi regulatory mandates and international best practices (FATF, IOSCO).

Oversee digital asset risk management, resilience, and cyber-security protocols.

Forge international partnerships with fintech consortia, regulators, and institutional investors.

Provide board-level advisory on emerging fintech opportunities: CBDCs, decentralized finance, programmable money.
Candidate Profile

15+ years in financial markets, blockchain technology, or fintech strategy.

Advanced degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Expertise in digital asset ecosystems, tokenization models, and regulatory governance.

Strong knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 digital economy transformation.
