Role Overview
The Executive Director will define the UAE’s strategic roadmap for blockchain-enabled finance, digital asset tokenization, and next-generation custody solutions. This role requires international-level expertise in distributed ledger technologies and the ability to shape secure, compliant, and innovative infrastructures for institutional and retail adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Establish frameworks for tokenization of securities, commodities, and real-world assets.

Develop institutional-grade custody and blockchain settlement platforms.

Lead regulatory dialogue with GCC and international stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Champion R&D in scalable DLT protocols, smart contract governance, and quantum-resilient cryptography.

Forge partnerships with global fintech hubs, blockchain consortia, and academic centers.
Candidate Profile

15+ years of experience in blockchain, fintech, or global market infrastructure.

Expertise in token economics, cryptographic protocols, and multi-jurisdictional regulation.

Advanced academic qualifications (PhD in Finance, Technology, or Cryptography desirable).

Demonstrated success in leading regulated blockchain or tokenized market initiatives.
