About the Position
A globally connected financial technology organisation is seeking an exceptional Executive Director – Behavioral Finance & Customer Intelligence to transform customer engagement through data-driven behavioural insights, predictive analytics, and intelligent financial decision-support systems.
This executive role will lead initiatives that combine behavioural economics, artificial intelligence, customer analytics, and financial technology to create highly personalised digital experiences, improve customer retention, and drive sustainable commercial growth.
Strategic Responsibilities
Customer Intelligence
- Develop enterprise behavioural analytics strategies.
- Build predictive customer engagement models.
- Improve financial product personalisation.
- Enhance customer lifetime value initiatives.
Artificial Intelligence
- Introduce AI-driven recommendation engines.
- Strengthen customer segmentation frameworks.
- Improve digital engagement performance.
- Develop enterprise analytics capabilities.
Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary analytics teams.
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership.
- Establish data governance standards.
- Drive continuous innovation across customer experience platforms.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, Psychology, Statistics, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of leadership within fintech, banking, analytics, customer intelligence, or digital transformation.
- Strong expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning, behavioural modelling, and enterprise data strategy.
