Lead Enterprise Banking Transformation Across the Gulf
A high-growth fintech banking organization is inviting applications for the position of Executive Director – Banking Transformation & Financial Innovation. This executive role will lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives, digital banking expansion, strategic partnerships, and operational transformation to strengthen the organization’s competitive position within the Gulf financial sector.
The successful executive will work closely with senior leadership to develop innovative banking ecosystems, improve customer value propositions, and ensure sustainable organizational growth.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop long-term digital banking transformation strategies.
- Lead modernization of banking operations and financial platforms.
- Build strategic relationships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners.
- Oversee enterprise innovation initiatives and emerging technologies.
- Guide investment decisions supporting banking modernization.
- Ensure regulatory alignment across strategic initiatives.
- Lead organizational change management programs.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop executive governance frameworks.
- Present strategic business recommendations to board-level leadership.
- Mentor senior management teams across multiple business functions.
Executive Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or Technology.
- MBA or executive postgraduate qualification preferred.
- At least 10 years of leadership experience within banking, fintech, financial services, or digital transformation.
- Proven success leading enterprise-scale strategic initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen, executive communication, and organizational leadership capabilities.
