Role Summary
The Executive Director of AI-Driven Financial Intelligence & RegTech Systems will lead the strategic deployment of artificial intelligence in regulatory automation, financial risk analytics, and predictive compliance infrastructure. The role focuses on designing a digitally intelligent regulatory ecosystem for Oman’s fintech economy—balancing innovation, policy oversight, and ethical AI governance.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the design and deployment of AI-enabled regulatory frameworks integrating compliance automation and real-time supervision systems.

Implement advanced machine learning architectures to predict systemic risks, enhance financial transparency, and improve fraud detection.

Collaborate with legal and technical authorities to harmonize algorithmic decision-making models with emerging regulatory standards.

Lead the creation of a RegTech Innovation Hub for scalable deployment of compliance APIs and digital audit frameworks.

Design global data pipelines ensuring secure, traceable, and explainable AI-driven compliance processes.
Required Expertise

12–18 years in RegTech, financial data governance, or applied AI in finance.

Deep technical fluency in natural language processing, compliance automation, and ethical AI frameworks.

Experience working with or advising financial regulators, digital compliance entities, or international fintech consortia.

Master’s or Doctorate in Computational Finance, Data Science, or Legal Informatics.
