Strategic Overview
This position is for a senior fintech executive capable of leading enterprise-wide digital banking transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy systems into AI-enabled, cloud-native, and real-time operational platforms.
The Executive Director will oversee end-to-end digital finance infrastructure, including core banking modernization, real-time payment networks, lending engines, and predictive analytics systems. The role includes remote leadership of globally distributed teams comprising fintech architects, cloud engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity specialists.
Core Responsibilities
Digital Banking Architecture

Modernize legacy banking systems to cloud-native microservices platforms

Develop modular solutions for real-time payments, lending, and financial services

Design high-throughput, resilient infrastructure for enterprise financial operations
Predictive Analytics & AI Integration

Deploy AI/ML pipelines for risk assessment, fraud detection, and financial forecasting

Build executive dashboards for operational intelligence

Enable predictive and automated financial decision-making across digital platforms
Operational Resilience & Compliance

Establish end-to-end secure infrastructure with multi-layer encryption

Develop automated monitoring, recovery, and disaster recovery protocols

Ensure compliance with GCC banking regulations and cybersecurity standards

Candidate Profile
