Strategic Context
This role positions crypto custody as a core financial institution function, not a technical afterthought. The Executive Director governs how private-key control, access governance, transaction authorization, and recovery mechanisms are engineered into robust, auditable custody platforms.
Operating remotely with Dubai as the strategic anchor, the role focuses on institutional trust, operational discipline, and cryptographic certainty across large-scale digital asset holdings.
Core Responsibilities

Architect institutional crypto custody platforms supporting multi-asset, multi-jurisdictional safekeeping.

Design control frameworks for key management, authorization workflows, and access segregation.

Establish transaction approval logic balancing security, speed, and operational continuity.

Integrate custody systems with trading, treasury, settlement, and reporting platforms.

Define governance standards for incident response, recovery, and asset continuity.

Lead globally distributed security, platform, and custody engineering teams.

Produce institutional-grade documentation defining custody architecture and risk posture.
Candidate Profile

17–25 years of experience in crypto custody, secure systems architecture, or financial asset safekeeping.

Deep expertise in key management, cryptographic controls, and institutional security models.

Proven leadership in high-value, high-risk digital asset environments.

Strong architectural reasoning and executive communication skills.

Experience operating in fully remote global teams.
Compensation Structure

Annual Compensation: AED 1,150,000 – 1,750,000 (tax-free)
