To lead this initiative, the organization is seeking an Executive Director – Wealth Distribution Platforms, Digital Advisory & Investment Marketplace Systems.
This role is responsible for designing and scaling platforms that enable users to discover, evaluate, and invest in financial products with ease.
Core Responsibilities
Investment Platform Architecture
- Design scalable platforms for wealth distribution.
- Enable seamless integration of investment products.
- Support automated portfolio construction and management.
- Ensure high performance and reliability.
Digital Advisory Systems
- Develop tools for automated financial advice.
- Enable personalized investment recommendations.
- Integrate analytics into advisory workflows.
- Enhance user decision-making through insights.
Marketplace Development & Growth
- Build and scale digital investment marketplaces.
- Enable partnerships with asset managers and financial institutions.
- Drive adoption and engagement across user segments.
- Optimize user journeys for investment execution.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain transparency and auditability of investment processes.
- Implement risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with regulators and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Technology.
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management or fintech platforms.
- Strong expertise in investment systems and advisory tools.
- Experience managing large-scale financial platforms.
- Proven leadership in product and platform environments.
