As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee mission-critical banking operations supporting digital accounts, instant payments, embedded finance, virtual banking services, and enterprise financial platforms while ensuring operational resilience and regulatory excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day digital banking operations across retail and business banking channels.
- Oversee customer onboarding, digital account lifecycle management, and transaction operations.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Customer Experience teams.
- Optimize banking workflows using automation, AI-powered process improvement, and intelligent analytics.
- Monitor operational performance through dashboards, KPIs, and service-level agreements.
- Strengthen governance frameworks supporting digital banking operations.
- Support the rollout of innovative financial products and digital services.
- Lead business continuity planning and operational resilience initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Proven leadership experience within fintech, digital banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, digital payments, customer experience, and financial technologies.
