A leading next-generation financial technology platform is hiring a highly experienced Executive Cyber Risk & Fintech Infrastructure Protection Manager to lead enterprise cyber defense strategy across digital banking platforms, lending systems, payment infrastructure, and institutional financial operations.

This role demands a high-level cybersecurity strategist capable of protecting sensitive financial data, reducing enterprise cyber exposure, and building institutional resilience across rapidly scaling fintech operations.

The successful leader will oversee cyber governance, infrastructure defense, security architecture, fraud intelligence, regulatory compliance, threat response, and business continuity planning across a complex multi-layered financial ecosystem.

This is a strategic executive opportunity for a cybersecurity professional who understands that protecting financial infrastructure is not merely technical—it is business-critical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity governance across digital banking, lending platforms, treasury systems, and payment operations

• Build strategic defense architecture for infrastructure security, network resilience, application protection, and transaction integrity

• Oversee advanced threat detection systems, security operations centers, fraud intelligence, and incident response frameworks

• Strengthen IAM frameworks, customer identity protection, and secure access controls across financial ecosystems

• Conduct risk assessments across cloud platforms, APIs, financial integrations, and third-party vendor partnerships

• Develop cybersecurity policies aligned with Saudi regulatory frameworks, operational governance, and institutional risk standards

• Collaborate with compliance, audit, fraud operations, and executive leadership to improve enterprise cyber maturity

• Manage penetration testing programs, vulnerability remediation, and executive security reporting

• Improve institutional resilience against ransomware, insider threats, fraud attacks, and financial cybercrime

• Present board-level cyber risk visibility, mitigation strategies, and long-term security transformation roadmaps

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Fintech, or Risk Management

• 10+ years of senior cybersecurity leadership experience within financial services, banking, or fintech sectors

• Strong expertise in cyber governance, security operations, fraud defense, and enterprise infrastructure protection

• Experience with regulatory cybersecurity requirements, digital banking security, and high-volume transaction environments

• Advanced knowledge of SIEM, SOC operations, cloud security, endpoint protection, and financial fraud prevention

• Strong leadership capabilities with executive reporting and board-level communication experience
