This role is conceived for a senior fintech authority responsible for financial data sovereignty, platform integrity, and institutional-grade information governance. The Executive Custodian designs systems where data is treated as regulated financial capital, requiring precision, traceability, and long-term custodial accountability.

The mandate assumes that future fintech competitiveness is determined not by data volume, but by data legitimacy, lineage, and systemic trustworthiness.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect financial data platforms ensuring lineage, provenance, and end-to-end traceability

• Design data custody and access frameworks aligned with regulatory oversight and institutional accountability

• Establish platform-wide standards for data integrity, immutability, and controlled interoperability

• Integrate audit-readiness and supervisory access directly into system architecture

• Act as a senior authority on financial data governance strategy and platform trust design
