Executive Mandate & Strategic Vision

This role is structured for a senior fintech executive responsible for defining the strategic, architectural, and economic foundations of large-scale fintech platforms. The mandate recognises platforms as financial operating systems—structures that orchestrate data, capital flows, services, and integrations across increasingly complex digital finance ecosystems.

The Executive Authority will shape platforms that enable embedded finance, extensible service models, and ecosystem-driven value creation, while operating fully remotely with Dubai as the strategic financial reference point.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year fintech platform strategies, integrating technology architecture, financial design, and operating models

• Lead the design of composable, modular platform architectures that support embedded finance use cases

• Establish governance frameworks for platform scalability, interoperability, and controlled evolution

• Shape strategic approaches to API ecosystems, integration standards, and platform value mechanics

• Translate complex technical and financial architectures into clear, executive-level strategic frameworks

• Provide senior leadership and decision authority across distributed specialist and leadership teams

Executive Profile & Experience

• 16–22 years of leadership experience in fintech platforms, digital finance, or financial infrastructure

• Demonstrated success building or governing platform-centric financial ecosystems

• Strong command of platform economics, embedded finance models, and digital operating structures

• Proven ability to operate autonomously in fully remote, globally distributed executive environments

• Exceptional strategic judgement, governance capability, and executive-level communication

Compensation & Executive Package

• Annual Compensation Range: AED 850,000 – 1,300,000 (tax-free)

• Executive-level performance and long-term value incentives

• Fully remote executive engagement with periodic strategic alignment sessions linked to Dubai
