Executive Mandate
This executive-level role is created for a fintech leader responsible for defining the structural, economic, and architectural foundations of platform-based financial ecosystems. The role recognises that advanced fintech platforms operate as financial operating systems, coordinating data, capital, services, and integrations across complex digital environments.
Operating remotely with Dubai as the strategic anchor, the Executive Authority will govern the design logic, modularity, and long-term sustainability of fintech platforms capable of supporting embedded finance, extensible services, and ecosystem-level innovation.
Strategic Responsibilities

Define and own multi-year fintech platform strategies, integrating architecture, financial logic, and operating models

Lead the design of composable and modular financial platforms enabling embedded financial services

Establish governance frameworks for platform scalability, interoperability, and controlled evolution

Shape strategic approaches to API ecosystems, integration standards, and platform economics

Translate complex architectural constructs into executive-level strategic narratives

Provide senior leadership across distributed technical, product, and strategic domains
Executive Profile Requirements

18–25 years of leadership experience in fintech platforms, digital finance, or financial infrastructure

Demonstrated success governing platform-centric financial ecosystems

Strong command of platform economics, embedded finance structures, and digital operating models

Proven ability to operate autonomously in fully remote, globally distributed executive environments

Exceptional strategic judgement, governance capability, and executive-level communication
Compensation Framework

Annual Compensation: AED 900,000 – 1,400,000 (tax-free)
