Operating remotely, the role anchors its strategic alignment to Dubai while focusing globally on data architecture maturity, analytics governance, and institutional-grade financial intelligence. The mandate emphasizes precision, trust, and decision-grade insight.
Key Responsibilities

Define enterprise-wide fintech data strategies spanning transactional, behavioral, and operational datasets.

Architect financial intelligence platforms supporting advanced analytics, forecasting, and decision automation.

Establish governance models for data quality, lineage, consistency, and analytical integrity.

Design scalable data architectures integrating real-time and batch financial data pipelines.

Translate complex datasets into clear executive-level insights supporting strategic decision-making.

Lead globally distributed data, analytics, and platform teams in a remote-first structure.

Produce institutional documentation articulating data strategy, governance standards, and analytical frameworks.
Required Background

16–22 years of experience in fintech data architecture, financial analytics, or intelligence platforms.

Deep expertise in financial datasets, analytics systems, and governance frameworks.

Strong ability to bridge technical complexity and executive-level strategy.

Demonstrated leadership in international, fully remote environments.

Exceptional documentation and analytical communication skills.

Annual Compensation: AED 850,000 – 1,300,000 (tax-free)
