Appointment Purpose
This executive appointment exists to provide strategic, architectural, and economic leadership over large-scale fintech platforms and digital payment ecosystems. The Director operates at a macro-system level, defining how digital finance platforms should be designed, interconnected, governed, and sustained over long horizons.
The role is fully remote, with strategic alignment to the United Arab Emirates due to its position as a global digital finance and payments hub.
Executive Mandate

Define multi-year strategic frameworks for digital payments platforms, wallet ecosystems, and transaction orchestration layers.

Establish executive-level principles for interoperability, scalability, systemic resilience, latency control, and data integrity.

Design conceptual models for real-time payments, cross-border settlement flows, and multi-rail transaction environments.

Translate regulatory, economic, and technological dynamics into coherent platform strategies.

Produce board-grade deliverables, including strategic vision papers, reference architectures, and long-range fintech evolution roadmaps.

Evaluate emerging paradigms such as programmable finance, AI-driven transaction intelligence, and next-generation settlement frameworks.

Performance assessed on clarity of vision, durability of architecture, and long-term systemic impact.
Executive Profile

18–25 years of experience in fintech platforms, digital payments, or financial systems leadership.

Proven capability operating at institutional, cross-border, and executive scale.
