Executive Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise digital banking modernization programmes.
- Orchestrate intelligent payment ecosystem transformation.
- Develop enterprise innovation and technology investment strategies.
- Direct AI-driven automation initiatives across financial operations.
- Build strategic alliances with banks, fintech innovators, and technology providers.
- Establish governance frameworks supporting enterprise scalability.
- Oversee executive technology portfolios worth multi-million-dollar investments.
- Promote continuous innovation through collaborative leadership.
- Guide enterprise architecture decisions supporting future growth.
- Represent the organization at international financial technology forums.
Executive Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Executive Master’s qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, or enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated expertise delivering enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
- Outstanding executive communication, negotiation, and organizational leadership.
