Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize semiconductor fabrication processes for secure financial technology applications.
- Improve wafer manufacturing efficiency, yield, and process stability.
- Collaborate with IC designers, materials engineers, and quality specialists.
- Analyze manufacturing data to improve production performance.
- Support process qualification and technology transfer initiatives.
- Implement statistical process control methodologies.
- Investigate manufacturing deviations and corrective actions.
- Participate in equipment calibration and process validation.
- Support continuous improvement and advanced manufacturing initiatives.
- Ensure manufacturing activities comply with international quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience within semiconductor manufacturing or microelectronics.
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication, photolithography, etching, deposition, and process integration.
- Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and technical communication skills.
