Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise blockchain infrastructure for mission-critical fintech platforms.
• Develop highly available distributed ledger environments supporting financial transactions.
• Build blockchain nodes, consensus mechanisms, and secure network architectures.
• Optimize transaction throughput, scalability, latency, and platform resilience.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Product Management, and Architecture teams.
• Implement blockchain monitoring, automation, and infrastructure orchestration.
• Secure digital asset environments using advanced cryptographic technologies.
• Conduct technical evaluations of emerging blockchain frameworks and protocols.
• Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation standards.
• Mentor engineering teams while promoting technical excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Blockchain Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Strong experience with enterprise blockchain development or distributed ledger technologies.
• Knowledge of Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Rust, Go, Java, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud computing, and API integrations.
• Understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, distributed systems, and fintech architecture.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
