The Opportunity
We are looking for an innovative Engineer to build intelligent systems capable of transforming complex financial data into reliable, actionable decisions.
The role combines software engineering, machine learning, financial analytics and data engineering. The successful candidate will work on systems that support forecasting, customer intelligence, financial-risk analysis and automated decision workflows.
Engineering Scope

Design and develop AI-enabled financial decision systems.

Build production-grade data pipelines supporting high-volume financial datasets.

Develop machine-learning models for forecasting, classification and anomaly detection.

Integrate analytical models into scalable fintech applications.

Develop APIs and services that expose financial intelligence to downstream platforms.

Improve model performance, reliability and computational efficiency.

Implement appropriate model monitoring and performance evaluation processes.

Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, financial analysts and software engineers.

Investigate data-quality issues and establish robust validation processes.

Translate complex financial requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
Technical Requirements

5+ years of professional software or data engineering experience.

Strong Python proficiency.

Experience with SQL, APIs, cloud infrastructure and modern data architectures.

Working knowledge of machine learning and statistical modelling.

Experience handling structured and high-volume financial data.

Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing and version control.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or a related discipline.

Indicative Compensation
KWD 3,500–5,500 per month, based on experience and technical depth, with a competitive benefits package.
