What This Role Is About
This role is suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, technology, and product coordination. As an Embedded Finance Product Coordinator, you will support the development and integration of financial services (such as payments, lending, and wallets) into non-financial platforms.
Rather than focusing purely on technical development, your responsibility will be to ensure that product features are well-coordinated, timelines are met, and all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the product lifecycle.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate product development cycles between engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Track progress on embedded finance features such as payment integrations and financial APIs
- Assist in defining product requirements and documenting functional specifications
- Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement data
- Ensure alignment with Saudi fintech regulatory standards
- Identify gaps in product functionality and propose improvements
Who This Role Is For
You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams. You understand fintech products conceptually and can bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives.
Basic Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in fintech, product coordination, or digital banking
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with APIs, payment systems, or financial products
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables
Additional Skills That Add Value
- Experience working in agile environments
- Knowledge of embedded finance or Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) models
- Analytical mindset with basic data interpretation skills
