Strategic Vision
This role is centered on the architectural integration of financial capabilities into non-financial platforms. The Global Lead defines how payments, lending, wallets, and financial services are delivered as modular, API-driven components embedded seamlessly into broader digital ecosystems.
Operating remotely with Dubai as a strategic anchor, the role focuses on platform extensibility, developer experience, and ecosystem scalability, ensuring embedded finance operates with institutional-grade reliability.
Primary Responsibilities

Architect API-first embedded finance platforms enabling modular financial service delivery.

Define standards for platform interoperability, security, and performance.

Design integration frameworks for partners, developers, and ecosystem participants.

Establish governance models for API lifecycle management and platform evolution.

Lead globally distributed platform and integration teams in a remote-first environment.

Translate technical platform design into clear strategic narratives for executive stakeholders.

Produce long-term architectural roadmaps for embedded finance expansion.
Candidate Profile

17–24 years of experience in fintech platform architecture, API ecosystems, or financial infrastructure.

Deep expertise in embedded finance models, developer platforms, and system integration.

Strong architectural clarity and strategic foresight.

Proven leadership in complex, global fintech environments.

Exceptional communication and documentation capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits

Annual Compensation: AED 950,000 – 1,500,000 (tax-free)
