Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise treasury strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee liquidity planning, cash positioning, and working capital optimization.
- Lead treasury operations supporting digital payments, settlement activities, and financial transactions.
- Monitor funding requirements and optimize capital allocation across business units.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Manage banking relationships and treasury service providers.
- Develop treasury policies, governance standards, and financial controls.
- Analyze market conditions, interest rate movements, and funding opportunities.
- Deliver executive treasury reporting, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across treasury operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Extensive treasury leadership experience within fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of treasury management, liquidity optimization, financial markets, and payment infrastructure.
- Professional treasury qualifications are advantageous.
