The Director will lead initiatives focused on expanding digital lending solutions for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), addressing critical financing gaps through innovative fintech products and scalable lending platforms.

This role blends credit strategy, product development, and market expansion, targeting one of the most dynamic segments in fintech.

Strategic Responsibility Areas

1. SME Lending Product Development

• Design digital lending products tailored to SME needs.

• Develop flexible financing solutions with competitive terms.

• Integrate alternative credit assessment methods.

2. Credit Strategy & Risk Optimization

• Build credit models for evaluating SME risk profiles.

• Balance risk and growth through data-driven lending strategies.

• Optimize loan approval processes and turnaround times.

3. Market Expansion & Growth

• Identify opportunities for SME market penetration.

• Develop go-to-market strategies for digital lending products.

• Scale lending platforms across multiple regions.

4. Ecosystem Partnerships

• Collaborate with financial institutions, fintech firms, and SME networks.

• Build partnerships that enhance product distribution.

• Enable integration of lending services into broader ecosystems.

Candidate Profile

• 12–15 years in lending, fintech product strategy, or SME finance.

• Strong understanding of credit risk, lending systems, and financial products.

• Experience in scaling financial solutions across markets.

• Proven leadership in remote, cross-functional teams.
