Role Overview
As the UAE accelerates its position as a regional and global fintech hub, the demand for sophisticated system integration and digital financial orchestration is unparalleled. The Director of Fintech Systems Strategy & Cloud Integration will lead the strategic reengineering of fintech ecosystems, driving multi-cloud frameworks, intelligent automation, and regulatory-grade resilience to support a rapidly expanding financial technology landscape.
Core Responsibilities

Architect and implement enterprise-grade fintech infrastructure that seamlessly integrates payments, open banking, and digital asset systems.

Design API-first cloud architectures that enable interoperability across financial networks, fintechs, and regulatory frameworks.

Lead transformation initiatives incorporating AI orchestration, real-time compliance monitoring, and digital identity frameworks.

Partner with cross-border regulators to align fintech operations with FSRA, DFSA, and ISO 27001 cybersecurity standards.

Implement automated CI/CD pipelines for scalable fintech microservices and real-time transaction monitoring.

Build governance frameworks for cross-institutional data exchange, enhancing operational transparency and compliance assurance.
Qualifications & Expertise

10–15 years’ senior experience in fintech architecture, cloud strategy, or payments infrastructure.

Advanced mastery of AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and distributed ledger interoperability models.

Proven ability to align fintech ecosystems with international financial regulatory frameworks and AI compliance systems.

Experience managing cross-regional cloud security and data privacy programs across GCC and European markets.
