Strategic Responsibilities

Define fintech product strategies grounded in economic viability and user behavior

Design adoption and retention frameworks for digital financial products

Translate complex fintech capabilities into compelling market value propositions

Establish performance metrics linking features to economic outcomes

Govern product lifecycles from concept through maturity

Continuously refine strategy using adoption and usage data

Ideal Candidate Profile

9–15 years in fintech product strategy, digital finance, or platform economics

Proven experience scaling fintech products or platforms
