Role Mandate

This role defines the strategic architecture and commercial evolution of multi-product fintech platforms integrating digital payments, digital assets, programmable finance, and API-driven financial services. The Director is responsible for translating emerging financial technologies into scalable, revenue-generating platform ecosystems aligned with international financial markets.

The position demands a rare combination of strategic foresight, technical literacy, and platform monetization expertise.

Strategic Scope & Impact

  • Design and evolve fintech platforms capable of supporting digital assets, tokenized financial instruments, and programmable transaction logic.

  • Lead platform strategy across B2C, B2B, and institutional fintech verticals.

  • Define ecosystem participation models, partner onboarding frameworks, and platform governance.

  • Drive long-term platform scalability, interoperability, and cross-border expansion strategies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define platform vision, roadmap, and modular architecture.

  • Oversee integration of digital asset custody, settlement, and lifecycle management systems.

  • Establish API standards and developer ecosystems for third-party fintech innovation.

  • Collaborate with technology, legal, and risk leaders to ensure platform resilience and compliance.

  • Guide go-to-market strategies and long-term revenue optimization models.

Technical & Professional Requirements

  • 12+ years in fintech product strategy, platform design, or digital financial services.

  • Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, and tokenized finance.

  • Proven experience launching and scaling fintech platforms internationally.

  • Executive-level strategic thinking with hands-on technical fluency.

  • Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Compensation Structure (Qatar)

  • Base Salary: QAR 48,000 – 68,000 per month

  • Performance Incentive: 25% – 35% annually

  • Long-Term Incentives: Platform growth and ecosystem expansion rewards
