A globally focused fintech institution is recruiting an accomplished Director of Fintech Partnerships & Market Expansion to lead commercial alliances, ecosystem development, institutional collaborations, and strategic market growth initiatives throughout the GCC.
This executive leadership position requires a commercially driven professional capable of identifying transformative partnership opportunities that accelerate digital financial innovation, strengthen customer acquisition, and create sustainable competitive advantages.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop regional partnership strategies.
- Build relationships with financial institutions, payment providers, and technology partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations and alliance management.
- Identify emerging market opportunities across fintech sectors.
- Coordinate strategic expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on corporate growth objectives.
- Evaluate partnership performance through measurable KPIs.

Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, Marketing, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise partnerships and commercial growth.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership capabilities.
