Position Overview

A rapidly expanding fintech platform operating across digital financial services is seeking an experienced Director of Fintech Partnerships & Ecosystem Development to lead strategic collaboration initiatives with financial institutions, technology partners, and payment infrastructure providers.

This senior role focuses on building and managing partnerships that support fintech platform growth, digital payment integration, and financial service innovation. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding financial technology ecosystems and enabling new market opportunities across digital finance sectors.

The ideal professional should possess strong experience in fintech partnerships, financial infrastructure collaboration, payment networks, and strategic business development within digital financial services.

Strategic Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy Development

• Design and execute partnership strategies that support the growth of fintech products and financial service platforms.

• Identify and establish relationships with banks, payment processors, digital wallet providers, and financial infrastructure companies.

• Evaluate opportunities for fintech ecosystem collaboration across emerging financial markets.

Ecosystem Expansion

• Build long-term partnerships that enhance the functionality and reach of fintech platforms.

• Facilitate integration between fintech systems and financial institutions.

• Identify opportunities for cross-border financial technology collaboration.

Commercial & Business Development

• Negotiate partnership agreements and operational frameworks with fintech ecosystem partners.

• Develop revenue models supporting digital payment services and financial infrastructure solutions.

• Support leadership teams in evaluating partnership-driven growth opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Represent the fintech platform in discussions with financial institutions and strategic partners.

• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration with external financial platforms.

• Maintain long-term relationship management with key financial technology partners.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Financial Technology, or International Business.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in fintech partnerships, financial services business development, or digital payments strategy.
