Role Purpose

This position is designed for a fintech professional who specializes in operational design, embedded controls, and scalable execution models. Operating remotely while aligned with Oman’s fintech ecosystem, the role focuses on how fintech platforms operate reliably as transaction volumes, product scope, and complexity increase.

The Director owns operational architecture, not day-to-day processing—ensuring that systems are designed to scale predictably and transparently.

Core Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end fintech operating models covering transaction flows, exception handling, and lifecycle management

• Embed controls and accountability mechanisms directly into digital workflows and automation layers

• Define operational KPIs, dashboards, and escalation protocols

• Build readiness frameworks for volume growth, product expansion, and market scaling

• Identify operational inefficiencies and redesign processes for resilience and efficiency

• Establish documentation standards ensuring process clarity and auditability

Professional Requirements

• 8–12 years in fintech operations, financial services operations, or digital process design

• Strong experience building control-driven, scalable operating models

• Highly analytical, process-oriented mindset

• Strong documentation and operational discipline

• Comfortable owning operational outcomes end-to-end
