Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Fintech Infrastructure & Digital Payment Systems to lead the design and deployment of secure, scalable, and future-ready digital financial platforms in Saudi Arabia. This role will shape national-level fintech strategies, build resilient payment networks, and ensure compliance with global digital finance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Architect and scale national digital payment infrastructures supporting real-time transactions and cross-border interoperability.

Develop technology roadmaps for API-driven ecosystems, open finance initiatives, and mobile-first platforms.

Collaborate with regulators and industry stakeholders to align systems with international fintech frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

12+ years in fintech infrastructure, digital payments, or financial systems leadership.

Expertise in core banking modernization, ISO 20022 messaging, and digital wallet design.

Advanced knowledge of cloud-native architectures, blockchain settlement layers, and cybersecurity protocols.

Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Technology Management.
