Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fraud detection and prevention strategies across fintech platforms
- Build behavioral analytics models to identify anomalies and suspicious activities
- Design real-time monitoring systems for transaction risk assessment
- Integrate fraud detection with payment systems, identity verification, and customer data platforms
- Lead incident response and continuous improvement of fraud prevention frameworks
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Monitor performance metrics such as fraud detection rates, false positives, and response times
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Cybersecurity, or Finance
- 10+ years in fraud prevention, risk analytics, or fintech security
- Strong expertise in machine learning and behavioral analytics
- Experience with transaction monitoring and fraud detection systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives
Preferred Expertise
- Experience with AI-driven fraud detection models
- Knowledge of identity verification and authentication systems
- Familiarity with financial crime regulations and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
