This position operates beyond traditional security—it is about building a holistic digital trust architecture, ensuring resilience, integrity, and compliance across payment systems, digital banking platforms, and financial APIs within the United Arab Emirates ecosystem.

Command Responsibilities

1. Cybersecurity Architecture Governance

• Design enterprise-wide security frameworks for fintech platforms
• Implement zero-trust architectures across distributed systems
• Establish secure protocols for digital transactions and data exchange

2. Threat Intelligence & Risk Mitigation

• Develop proactive threat detection systems using AI-driven analytics
• Monitor emerging cyber risks specific to financial ecosystems
• Lead incident response strategies and crisis management frameworks

3. Regulatory Compliance & Assurance

• Align cybersecurity policies with UAE financial regulatory standards
• Ensure audit readiness and continuous compliance monitoring

• Build frameworks that enhance user confidence in digital financial services
