Acquiring customers is only the beginning—long-term success in fintech depends on retention, engagement, and lifetime value optimization. This role is for a strategic leader who can design and execute customer lifecycle strategies that maximize both user satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer lifecycle strategies, from onboarding to retention and re-engagement
- Analyze user behavior to identify churn drivers and growth opportunities
- Design personalized engagement campaigns using data and analytics
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance customer experience and feature adoption
- Optimize revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and pricing strategies
- Monitor KPIs such as retention rates, lifetime value (LTV), and churn reduction
- Ensure alignment with data privacy and customer protection regulations
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years in fintech, digital marketing, or customer strategy
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
- Experience with data analytics and CRM systems
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through customer engagement
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-driven personalization and segmentation
- Knowledge of growth marketing and behavioral analytics
- Familiarity with fintech product ecosystems
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
