• Analyse market segments, user behaviour patterns, and platform scalability

• Identify structural barriers, competitive risks, and long-term sustainability challenges

• Produce executive-level strategy reports, growth roadmaps, and market intelligence documentation

• User adoption, engagement, and retention frameworks

• Market segmentation, prioritisation, and expansion planning

• 10–15 years in fintech strategy, digital finance consulting, or product-market growth leadership

• Proven ability to scale digital finance platforms across markets

• Exceptional analytical reasoning and strategic storytelling skills

• Comfortable operating at executive advisory and strategic planning levels

• Ability to translate complex market intelligence into actionable strategy
